They provide excellent service - efficient, knowledgeable, and always respectful. Jake has never let me down and always goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction every time. I have taken my computer in for fixes and upgrades on multiple occasions and they have always done an excellent job with a very quick turnaround. Anytime I have an issue they are the first people I call. I had been looking for a computer guy that didn't try to rip me off I know nothing about computers and HRT Computers has gone out of their way to save me money. HRT Computers is the best there is, hands down.

Like most people I can't survive for long without my phone so when my iPhone 5 inexplicably stopped working I was pretty bummed and assumed it was done for. At HRT I was provided wonderful service. They fit me in right away and my phone was fixed and working like new within minutes. Their service is competitively priced and their technician was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Recently had HRT do some work involving moving data and setting up a newly purchased laptop , which incidentally HRT had purchased on my behalf and held until I was able to set up a compatable time to do the work . HRT was extremely professional in all phases of re and re- ing my old system to a the new one . Jake , the owner , was very patient and understanding when faced with logistical issues regarding my appointment and the end result was a very happy and satisfied customer Thank you again Jake and 2 thumbs up

Two days ago, in the morning, we called this company to help us with a major network failure in our office in downtown. A tech was scheduled to arrive two hours later. He did not show up. We called them and they assured us that he was on his way. Two hours later, no show. We called again, and this time the said that they are dispatching a different technician. By 4 pm we decided to call a another company. They were in our office an hour later. Of course one of our staff has to stay in the office after hour until the job was done. We have lost a day of work because of the unprofessional and cavalier attitude of this company. By the way the tech never showed up.
