Always the same dark-skinned gentleman serving me at 2AM after my 12 hour shifts, always unfriendly and repulsive, not a single Hello or anything. Always wearing earphones. Tonight he served me while staring at his iPad, not once he looked on me, EUH HELLO?! That was the last drop. Not going there anymore, for better service go to Esso down the boulevard!
I bought 60$ petrol from ultramar with a card from outside. but my car tank was full when it was 42$. Then I went inside and explained the situation. I asked them to refund me the change. They asked for my card to fix it, so I gave it to them. Then they said they fixed it. A few days later, when I checked my credit card statement, I realized that they did not correct the mistake and $60 was withdrawn from my card on behalf of Couch-Tard. I went a few times to correct the mistake and they said they couldn't do it because there was no manager. Last time I went, there was a manager, but they said I had to fix my problem with Visa. In summary, they took me 102$ for about 25-30 liters of gasoline in 5 minutes.
