I had the worst experience ever! The lady is unskilled. She does not know how to cut hair and respect customers. I went for a haircut. The lady cut my hair within 4 minutes and it looked bad. And I had a giftcard to pay. She did not select the gift card option for payment. When I asked her did you select the giftcard option. She glared at me and said there is no option. You only swipe the card. In the end I had to pay with cash because she did not let me use my giftcard! I am not happy with my haircut. Warning: Do not get a haircut at Ultracuts Gordon Road, Regina. Worst haircut and experience!

the staff has always been polite efficient and friendly with me. It's been good for quick cuts for me.

Worst experience I am never ever going there again. They just spoiled my mood for Christmas. I just wants layers in my hair but she did straight cut. Feeling so bad My friend suggested me somewhere else but I go over there. I just wasted my money.
