Terrible customer service, terrible hairdressers. The first time I went everything was unevenenly cut. Decided maybe to give it one more chance as I live near this place so it's convenient and on my second visit it was even worse. The hairstylest made huge mistakes around my ears, cutting way too short notocibly around them to the point it was just skin looking silly. I will never be getting a haircut from this establishment again. The only positive thing I can say for them was they aknowledged the mistake and gave me a refund. 2 visits, both terrible don't bother.

Loretta is rude and full of attitude, it's really difficult to understand why ultra cut hire such a rude staff.
