The machine are kept well maintained so don't let the decor or the occasional homeless or addict detour you. It offers traditional, double and triple load washers with the normal laundry mat dryers.
Today was the first time I've gone here and the last! I don't recommend this place, go somewhere else, customer service is not a skill you will find at this business! When I arrived the male owner immediately told me which machines I could and couldn't use. The washer that I was allowed to use took tokens that only staff could insert. I immediately paid for the washer and a short while later he tried to charge me again by yelling at me across the building as I was leaving. He's abrupt, rude and always watching and there are signs everywhere including that if your clothes are left in a washer or drier for more the 5 minutes after it stops they will charge you $5.00. I should have read the reviews first. Now that I have, I'm shocked as to how the owner responds to customer complaints. I'm surprised they're still in business.
My husband took his clothes there. When he picked them up he was given a bag of women’s clothes. When we called to see if they still had his stuff all I got was “oh, I don’t know”. So now we have some ones clothes and his are missing. They didn’t care.
I recently had my laundry done here laundry got mixed up things happen I'll be more sure to check next time to make sure it's the right stuff owner got me looked after and his wife helped it too
Nice big laundry mat. Lots of space between machines and 5 good sized tables to fold your clothes. The attendant was very kind and helpful. They offer drop off service for a fee. Great location too - restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance so you can multi task while your wait for your clothes.
Did my laundry here the other day. Owner was really helpful and nice. The dryers work really well. Place is big and there is carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer. They also provide coins using your debit. They also have washing service so you can just drop off clothes and pick them up folded and done.
This place has miserable staff I've been 2X now and was glared at by the lady. I don't know what her problem was but she was a bi+ch to me both times. Will never go back there. And I spent a lot of money on their machines. I don't recommend this place it's way over priced.
My first time I have gone to this laundry mat since 2016. It was a big laundry day for me, so I used like 6 washer machines. As soon as I entered the laundry mat, the owner showed me the big machines i needed to use for my blankets, etc. He was very friendly and very helpful. As I put my laundry into the washer machines, he helped me by putting my laundry soap into the machines for me. I also loved that I didnt have to buy coin for these machines as they were computerized and the owner punched in a code and then I paid him directly for the cost. It was great not having to deal with putting several coins into each machine. Which is very time consuming. It was a warm day, but he did have the doors wide open for air and had a big fan going, so it did help. The only thing is that there was no washroom to use and I had to go badly, lucky that I went to the Chevron nearby to use there washroom. Hopefully the washroom will be open to use now that we have gone into 3rd stage of reopening because of covid. I will differently be back for sure, thank you for all your help.

I have been coming to this laundry mat and never had a problem. Amazing customer service. Today I came to do my laundry and the attendant was very rude. The machine had a error and I asked her to correct it and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. Wanting me to use another machine and pay more money for something that was already paid for. Then she literally pushes one out of the way so she could put a load of laundry in the dryer instead of saying excuses me and giving the customer a chance to move. Oh and customer was waiting on laundry in dryer and was asked to move because the attendant was hot and we were blocking the fan which was unintentional just waiting on our laundry
