2nd time buying here. Both times very satisfied. The pizza was perfectly done, not too roasted not undercooked. The onion rings were great, not greasy or squishy, they were nicely crunchy without being burned. The owner for what I got from talking with him, he just got it from the old owner was nice and was the one who helped us when we arrived. I called to order the pizza before arriving but I got there fater than I predicted, even so, when I got there it was pretty quick. Everything was made per order, so the pizza, fries and onion rings were very fresh. Way faster then when I order Pizza Pizza, and my boyfriend allergic to eggs didn't have any allergic reaction eating Ultimate Deal Pizzas, while he always have problems with pizza pizza and little Caesar's pizzas even with these two saying that their dough is egg free. Definitely buying here again.
Best Pizza in town. Fresh dough made on site. Great prices and amazing quality! And the service is great. I have ordered pizza and wings from Double the Deal for four years - large orders and small. The staff and management is friendly, courteous and reliable. They are always fair and reasonable. They are also generous to the local charities. Keep up the great work Double the Deal. Thanks for your fantastic food and the best service in town. Trust this amazing team. Fair, professional and great food and service. I highly recommend Double the Deal Pizza. They are the best!
We ordered the garlic knots and two medium pies to share: the bacon, feta and the pepperoni, Italian sausage, mozzarella. The garlic knots were little bombs of buttery, yeasty goodness, and the garlic was robust but not overpowering. When our pizzas arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded. The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The marinara and pesto were packed with flavor, and the mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese at 6:30. I got a medium pizza with bacon, hot peppers and mushrooms. I called for a replacement pizza at 7:30 when I called back at 8:30 they said they already sent it out. It is 10:40 and I have yet to get my pizza. I called to talk to them and the response I got was "we have a bunch of orders before yours." When I called back to ask to speak to a manager the first time they put the phone down. When I called back they hung up on me. When I got my friend to call they told her there was no manager there. Do not order from this place. It's complete bull
Unless you're drunk and eating alone, I would highly advise AGAINST ordering from here. Pros: *Cheap *Nice Crisp Cons: *Distasteful Cheese Blend *No Sauce *~5 TBS of oil spilled on top *Scarce Toppings They seem to forget a main ingredient of pizza, the sauce. I got a 24-slice slab and by god this was a mistake. I've never been this disappointed by pizza, I physically feel sad. The price doesn't justify the pizza if you only get cheese, dough and pepperoni one per slice. It was very nicely baked with a tinge of crisp, sadly the mostly cheddar with a little mozzarella cheese ruins the texture. I think it's safe to say, never ordering from this place again.
This was the first time I tried here but I probably should have stuck to my usual. I ordered a halal pepperoni pizza, 1lb of jumbo wings and onion rings. First off the onion rings were over cooked and so greasy. A napkin would get soaked in these. We felt sick after all the grease. Second the so called “jumbo” wings were the most sadist and smallest things I’ve seen and they were over cooked and crunchy. The pizza was just ok. All together it was a waste of money and was bad quality.
Just ordered a pizza tonight from this place, the pizza itself was nothing special but not terrible. WE FOUND HAIR BAKED INTO THE PIZZA. We took pictures and after speaking to the business sent them our pictures. This isn't a matter of hair being dropped on top of the pizza, the hair was inside of the dough. This place apologized for our experience and stated they would provide better pizza next time. I can put aside subpar pizza, their prices are very cheap. However, hair in pizza is simply revolting and I am shocked that this place is allowed to continue operation. If you value your health, do not order from this place.
Great pizza for an amazing price! The pizza was great from crust to cheese, and $8.99 for an XL pep. pizza is the best price anywhere. They're also open very late for any last-minute pizza parties.
I hate when I order a one topping pizza and they charge me a second topping when all I want is half 1 topping and the other half another topping. No other pizza place does this. 2 halves equal 1 whole. I have ordered calzones a few times but I don't like that they will be big one time and super small the next time. It's like there is no consistency between employees.
If i could rate this zero stars i would have!!! Worst pizza and wings I've had in my entire life. My regular pizza place was closed so we branched out and will never try anything new again. The pizza looked horrible , asked for chicken and it looked like it was chicken from a left over piece of meat shredded and thrown on too our pizza. Our wings were suppose to be mild we got bbq, they weren't fully cooked and the sauce was thrown on them not even tossed. Don't bother asking for garlic bread because all you will get is a loaf of bread with no taste. Now i know why they only had two stars. Never again. Titos pizza in st.catharines is the place to go I encourage people to try them. I appreciate their pizza and wings even more now. If they are closed I'll wait till the next day rather then order from here again.
