Very Poor exchange rates.nThe guy can’t even speak English so he can’t understand your requests and serve you accordingly.nDeplorable customer service.These cards sitting at his desk aren't this.
I’m not much to leave a bad review but holy smokes was this place highly unprofessional. I trusted their business and waited last minute based on their suggestion to pick up my foreign currency and the additional cost was passed on to me the customer. I was told at the time on the phone that wouldn’t be the case as they are the ones who do not carry such denominations and amount. When I politely objected with reason, firstly they refused to even hear me out and instead went on the offensive by interrupting me one by one like a pack of hounds. The two Persian ladies and the male employee with glasses were severely unprofessional and aggressive. Each one interrupted me in front of other customers, say what they wanted to say and walk away rudely before I would get a chance to say anything.nnThis place is unprofessional, has below standard customer service and had I not waited last minute based on their advice, I would have surely without shadow of a doubt taken my business elsewhere.nnIt’s a matter of principle at the end of the day.
I was impressed by the professional service. I am going to Mexico and needed pesos. They were able to to provide them asap and their teller was helpful with local break downs of currency. i recommend them! The only thing is the cost of currency exchange i actually did not look into that but think it was reasonable while going through the processnThank you !!!
I waited for a short time in line, then was served by a very pleasant woman who got me my Indonesian Rupia. We even joked about the huge denominations of the bills. My only negative would be the parking, which is very limited. Other than that, it was a smooth, convenient transaction.
We have been exchanging USD to CAD here since 2021. Today my husband called to ask about the rate because there is a big difference in other places. They said “Come here. We can do the rate match…” my husband drove all there way there and they offered him nothing.nnWe will never come back! This is not how they should treat their long time customers.
