Ulta Beauty

They have a good selection and some great items if you like high end makeup. The one issue is they send coupons and you can't use them on any of the name brand items. Last visit had two coupons from Ulta refused because of name brand item.

I visited this location twice and did not see a staff member until I was ready to pay. I dont wear makeup normally and had so many questions! The products were displayed beautifully and it was pretty clean for the most part.

Have always had a good experience here, nice selection of products and name brands. Nice range of prices for any budget!

I've visited this store twice in the past two days, first off, there is never a manager present, half of the stuff on the website, they don't even carry in store, the first time I went, after checking out, I asked if I could have some free samples, and, "Jeanene", her name tag read, said very bluntly, "NO", when I tried to reassure her i've gotten samples in the past, she got so rude with me, and replied, "I told you NO, we have no samples".... jeez.... well.... okay.... :(.... As I shop, I swear they have people following me, making sure i'm not stealing, I visited with my teenage daughter, and they were doing it to her especially, I couldn't believe it, she even asked me if we could leave as she felt uncomfortable!!!! :0 My incident today happened when, as I was checking out, this lady wanted to sign me up for their points system, and to do that she had to completely, delete, and re-scan my order, as I kept telling her no, she kept deleting items and saying, "almost done", "almost done", that isn't helpful!! Anyways, when I got home I couldn't find my foundation, I had thought the clerk forgot to put it in the bag when she was re scaning it.... Anyways, yes, I did find it, but, when I drove back, and asked the ladies, they made me feel so uncomfortable, "let me check the cameras", THEY HAD THOUGHT I HAD STOLEN IT!! I was so embarrased.... This store has awful service, I will be shopping at Sephora from now on, believe me, I have spent WAY less money there, and they treat all their customers great....

This store has no customer service. When they can't easily find something they say we don't have it and the web site is wrong, when they do have it. So I find out that they do have and on the phone one girl said she would put a bottle at the counter. When I go back to pick it up it is not there and they are too busy to go get it out of there shipment. The next day I call and they have the wrong color at the counter and I get the same line that the web site is wrong we don't have that shade and the web site is wrong. When it is a the most universal shade and this a new product and new shipment and web says they have it. If it was out of stock or something the web site would say that. I have found the web site to be accurate. I'm sure that the display was suppose to be out. But they stated that they was to busy to put it out. I have had it with store this isn't the first time this store customer services sucked. They don't even know there own specials if you aren't a savvy shoppers and call them on it you miss out on deals. I will not go back to this store I don't believe these gals are train very well. I have spent hundreds of dollars there but they just lost my business. Sephora well be my go to store. Disappointed in Sioux City Is.
