Good place. Don't come here unless you're going somewhere or stopping at st.paul. Not a lot to see.
The world’s only UFO landing pad. You know because when aliens visit they will look for a landing pad and discover the only one is in St Paul, Alberta. All kidding aside this is a cool place to visit. It is clean and well kept. There is the landing pad and a visitors centre right beside it that looks like a saucer . It was fun to visit and some cool stuff in the visitors centre. There are washroom facilities available here which are clean and well lit. If you come to St Paul you have to visit. My wife and I enjoyed our visit and used the picnic table to have some lunch. There is lots of parking spaces available. An added bonus is that the St Paul Museum is right next to it. You can get all your tourist stuff done in one stop.
This is a cool place, fun place to stop and enjoy some quirky local history. We'll kept and clean it surprised us when we discovered how long it had been there. Gift shop has local art and funky t-shirts. The lower level had articles about the origin of the Landing Pad and the town.
Highly recommend this site, simply for the sheer oddity of it. If aliens land on Earth, I hope they do St Paul justice and choose this site. Considering the age of this structure, it holds up quite well.
