Always positive experiences here, counter staff are friendly and helpful. My account manager was informed and took time to explain processes to me and helped me with the issues I had.
I’ve had the worst experience with UBS. The level of incompetence is beyond . For any request , one spends around 30 min on the phone, being forwarded from one 20-something incompetent person to the next. I haven’t talked to my advisor, he or she changed 4 times in the last 3 years I was never informed about it. I finally decided to change the bank and my request for the money transfer has been ignored for days. I cannot tell how happy I am to finally leave this place.
According to the last investment report, UBS refuse to take responsibility for our future and carry on investing in destroying the planet. They sometimes talk about sustainability, but they have no idea what it means, and they are not interested in changing the investment strategy. Change your ideology, change your system! For us, the planet, and a green future.
Slow service and incompetent people. The whole wrapped up by unfriendly workers who said stuff like "my colleagues are at lunch and therefore I am the only one". It was 9:30 in the morning.

What a miserable bunch of counter staff. Less than a week before Christmas. No queues but I still had to wait and the woman serving me just stared at me without beckoning me. She and the bank teller next to her had such miserable, unwelcoming frowning facial expressions. What a horrible impression to fee paying customers.
