Ubdegrove quickly executed a HWT contract set up through Lowe's. The staff booked a detailed assessment at the earliest possible date and followed up with me as a landlord to ensure the work was completed on the scheduled date. All this despite poor weather conditions in Kingston (freezing rain). The hot water tank install is in a rental property of ours, and Ubdegrove ownership pulled a few strings and jumped through hoops to restore hot water service to the tenants as quickly as possible.

Excellent experience. Pleasant administrative staff booked an appointment quickly. The plumbers were very helpful and efficient. They took time to keep items in the washroom organized and carefully cleaned before they left. Charges were reasonable.

We were not pleased with our last service from them. They billed us after the fact and charged us way more than expected. We enjoyed them the last time we had them. I'd advise you go elsewhere. Ask around for another company, that's what we plan to do next time. Before this, we recommended them to family members and friends. I take it back.

Had the worst, most bizarre experience with the owner of this company. The pipes in my house had froze and burst, so we called for an emergency plumber. While the plumber who arrived was extremely kind, proffessional, and helpful, the owner we had to deal with on the phone was shockingly unpleasant. She accused my tenant of trying to commit a crime, because he was not the owner, despite him and I explaining that I was there in the house the whole time. Then, when we called back the next day, because she told us a plumber would come in the afternoon the fix the burst pipe, she accused us of never intending to pay (even though she had already mailed us an invoice, and I have an excellent credit rating, and I have never tried to rip someone off or not pay for any type of service). She was extremely hostile and rude to my tenant, so I took the phone and asked her to please be respectful, and that we would pay, and that she needed to just help us get this pipe fixed. Upon handing the phone back to my tenant, she called me ugly. What a bizarre, unprofessional reaction. Who on earth would want to deal with this person? I insist that you save yourself the trouble and peace of mind, and just call one of the many other kind and professional services in Kingston. After ending services with Ubdegrove, we called another plumber and had no problems dealing with them, no accusations, and no insults, which should be the bare minimum when dealing with customers.
