This is a wonderful Studio! Well maintained, clean, bright and cheerful! All the staff are amazing! They are always cheerful, encouraging and give sound advice on your weight-loss goals and the eating plan. With this Studio, there is no counting calories, or buying their company food to eat. It's all grocery store bought food. Deb and her staff offer us so many incentives time after time, to encourage us! It is really an awesome place to be, to work on your weight-loss goals! The only thing you can lose...your extra pounds!
