Janet Schauff, to my husband and I exemplifies what a loan officer should be, in every way!!  From our pre-approval, to making an offer, to closing, she was so awesome!!  My husband and I have never experienced such a terrific experience with a home loan. Home loans and the approval process can be such an anxiety provoking experience but Janet truly made our experience something that we have never experienced before.  She was always there to answer questions and always answered promptly, even during weekends and holiday time periods, when she didn't have to return calls or emails.  We truly feel like she cares for her clients and not just as a professional, but she is warm and caring as well!  We cannot say enough about working with her and how positive she has made it for us to buy our forever home!
