Although there are quite a few US Banks in Yakima, this location is always my preferred choice because it tends to be quiet almost all the time.
It is 4:30 and all the girls are just standing there, when they are suppose to close at 5 pm! I get it’s Friday, but you should close when you’re suppose too, not before
Despite the fact they are open, no one answers the branch phone. The driveup banking is a miserable long wait despite three lanes and the tellers are rude no matter the day or time. Covid has made customer service something from the good ol' days. Completely denying a long wait by acting surprised, was the last straw. Far better options than this bank.
It's Friday at 4:30pm close at 5pm, during Covid, the branch closes 1 of the 3 drive up windows. Why? We're sitting 6 cars deep!
I always go to this bank.I always get good service, friendly employees.. Never a problem. Always answer my questions..
Rude employees!! Not open till 6 like it says, closed two hours earlier!!
Why are there 6 branches but only 1 is ever open? US Bank is a HORRIBLE bank in Yakima!!
