Went to make change, had to stand outside in the cold for 20 minutes as their lobby was closed. When I got to the window, I repeated that I was making change, not getting change from my account. The clerk refused me service and said there was nothing she could do. I asked several times if she needed to see my ID and she told me no. I had made change about a month prior with no issues. I will not be returning
The customer service tellers at this branch need to show more appreciation for their personal account members as much as they do for their commercial account members since that is the sense I got dealing with them. We are as important as they are and customer service should not be based on account member's deposited funds availability.
Force process in policies.. uninformed staff of policy guidelines. Unable to take out money. No help from superiors.
Love this bank .. I've been here for many years and always get treated like a king ! The branch manager is well Beautiful : and so are her little Chefs :
