I own multiple businesses in McCall. Been here 30 years and use every bank in McCall regularly except this one. Awful experience with US Bank. I bought a business in town and the seller went to the bank to transfer the accounts to me. Unsuccessful, she sent me to try to add my name to the existing company bank account. They told us they only open bank accounts for new businesses new EINs they cannot transfer existing accounts. They told me I needed to return with documentation from the Secretary of State even though I had the literal documentation in my hand and was trying to show them. They refused to look at the documents on the basis I wasn't the owner. I told them I guess I will just cancel the bank accounts later but they didn't understand I'm the owner? At any rate, zero customer service skills.
Staff not helpful at all. 2nd time ATM not working. They should really learn to put a sign on the ATM when they know it's not working. Instead they would rather make up some BS story about how it's the consumers fault. This exactly why I will never bank with US Bank. Credit Unions are so much better.
Never wnough tellers in the bank .. im switching banks.. had UsBank for over 13 years Not to mention one teller asked me a very personal and out of line quection. . Iv had enough
There are only 3 people left working in this branch. I feel bad for the tellers having to run this bank. Very unprofessional for this Corporation to let this branch down.
If I could give them zero stars I would! The wait time is ridiculously long,I've waited up to 45 mins to make a 5 min deposit.
We have banked here 11 years, the tellers are friendly and knowledgeable Very happy with this branch
Overdraft fee was charged 3 different times even when I out money into my account. This bank sucks!

Very unhappy with the customer service as there is none I had wired money to my account on Friday and today is Tuesday No one answers the phone and I have no idea where my money is
Drive through service is totally inadequate. Need to open for in person banking!
