this branch is awful if you have to go to US Bank avoid this location it has the lowest rating for a reason. the tellers are ignorant of basic banking policy & regulations. we had to deal with a real Karen who was so lacking in intelligence it was mind blowing.
It has been at least 2 months since stop payment was applied to my acct because of fraud. Claimed old acct was closed but still open, all checks returned with svc fees. I was told to contact Melissa, Ashtabula branch and she would refund fees I had to pay. She wouldn't even listen and doesn't know how to diffuse an angry situation. Why they made her a manager, I will never know plus she's a liar. US Bank you need to demote her or get rid of her.
I find this branch helpful and have never had a bad experience.
Everytime I go to use the ATM it's down. I will pulling my money out of this so called bank.

Half way through atm withdrawal and power went out. Apparently it happens a lot from what I heard staff say yet they have no UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply to prevent hard crashes. Bank card lost now and system still down 20 minutes later Pathetic.
I have always had a good experience with this bank. Everyone is professional and friendly. They treat me like family.
I will be canceling all my accounts with this bank as soon as I get out of the hospital. They have horrible customer service and refuse to work with you.
Terrible customer service... Bank manager chased me out of the bank... Steer clear of US BANK...
Worst bank I have ever dealt with........for everything
