The lady there doesn't know what she's doing at all. She has to call their tech support every 30min since she doesn't know how to do the transaction. I rented a trailer and had to dug it out of the snow myself. She didn't even inspect the hitch and didn't even notice that the trailer wasn't attached properly and i drove about 30km with a trailer half attached. Worst service.

I have used this location 2x. I use Uhaul trailers for my business and for personal use easily a few times a year. I like the location because it's close to home, but their customer service is horrible. The 1st time i went there the woman who was alone in the business was still learning the Uhaul system. She had to call Uhaul for help and it took nearly 45 minutes to pick up the trailer. Once she had all of the paperwork done, she then told me "I hope you know how to hook that up to your car because I have no idea". The 2nd time was March 19, 2016 and I already had a reservation for the trailer. She says her system has been down for 2 days and that she needs to call Uhaul to complete the reservation. After she had an almost 10 minute personal conversation about relationships with the Uhaul rep as we were standing in front of her waiting, She finally completed my paperwork. At least this time she hooked the trailer up to my car. I will NOT be using this location ever again.
