Rude. Unprofessional, no customer service. Guy on phone would rather yell at you then talk to you and be customer friendly. DO NOT GO HERE

"You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation." Truer words have never been spoken. We had a 26 foot truck reserved for a long distance move, for a over 3000 sq foot house, from Salt Spring Island, to Port Alberni. We had a crew ready, and what happens?  I'll tell you: "Oh sorry, the people before didn't return it. Whoops, did we not phone you and tell you either? Ah, sorry about that." Moral of the story? Do not count on this company or outlet as they can't even be bothered to tell you that the truck wasn't returned.

Should be minus 4 star....The dilapidated cargo trailer they provided to us had 4 bald tires and no spare and had to pry the cargo door open.  Too dangerous to haul a load so returned it unused.  3rd world standard type business.....should be fined and shut down
