I can't count how many times I have used uhaul over the years and have never had any issues or reason to complain. The mobile booking and pick up feature makes picking up your vehicle extremely convenient. Everything can be done online, from booking to paying, to picking up and returning. After my most recent booking, I received a text message informing me of additional charges for extra days, mileage and fuel usage. I simply replied to the message via the link provided and informed them of the errors. A few days later, I received an email informing me that the disputed charges had been reversed. I've always gotten the vehicle I needed, when I needed it. I've always paid the fees I was quoted and nothing more. There are drop off and pick up locations everywhere. I only have great things to say about uhaul.
