I had reserved a truck on May 20, 2016 morning , and confirmed my reservation on Thursday May 26, 2016 in order to ensure getting the truck on May 28 morning to move to my new home , I went to pick up the truck on the time and I was shocked when as the guy told me that he had rent it to some one else and had nothing left and I have to wait till Monday 30, 2016 to get the truck , even without apologizing from what he did or concerning about my situation . This UHAUL branch has a very poor customer service.
