Okay I have given this branch a good review few days ago, unfortunately, I just encounter a problem with these Uboxes and that started when the staff took the orange vinyl cover from one of them. When they returned it they just replaced it with a clear plastic and the plastic came off twice. and the ubox got soaking wet after a thunderstorm . tried to get in touch with customer service to no avail, it was all recordings. And to be fair with  everybody, they've been very helpful, it was just a bad decision to replaced that vinyl orange cover. 
Well now, all problems had been taken cared off, covered the other uhaul with plastic and a tarp on top  and tied down properly. No other issues, Thanks again uhaul!
