Storage is good but if you need 1 extra day you pay for a whole month, they don't care about their customers at all.
Rented a U-Haul truck to move recently. The first one I got within 5minutes I could immediately tell it pulled to the right ALOT. You had to keep the steering wheel turned 90 degrees to go straight lol. So I am not sure how often they check the trucks. He did swap it out with a different one.
Worst experience ever. The lady working there was extremely rude and not helpful. She put wrong name, wrong email and phone number. Brought a lot of problems while my moving
Normal use and was charged $50 clean up fee. Terrible. Advise not to use this store for a total robbery behaviour.
Rented a truck here two or three times. No issues. Trucks are clean and staff is helpful.
Don't book a truck and expect to get it, you would think they'd hold it for you but they don't. Also expect to wait at least 15 minutes on hold before being able to talk to anyone, then get transfered and put on hold more.
