I rented a large truck for moving my sister's family across town. U-Haul was very fair pricing wise, and extremely quick. There was no wait when I arrived - I called ahead of time to make the reservation and basically went in to pay and left with keys in under ten minutes. The person working that day was very informative about what time I needed to have the truck returned, and also gave me solid pricing on what it would cost to add an extra day if the move took longer or how much it would be to add a utility dolly. (I asked a lot of questions.) I really appreciated that no one tried to up-sale me on boxes, packing tape, packing peanuts, etc. I declined the additional insurance coverage, but I didn't get the hint that anyone was going to try to hold me for any of the previous dents and scratches in the truck. Drop-off was lightning fast too. I basically pulled up and let them know I was there - they hopped in and checked the mileage, saw that the truck had been cleaned out, and I was on my way. Parking here is a little tight and there are few spaces. Recommended to have someone drop you off!

When you rent you need a lot of money for the deposit. Also, they tend to get their billing all messed up.And don't bother asking for road assistance. Their is none. However the people are very friendly and helpful.

I own a small car lot and body shop we buy cars all over from boise utah montana and colorado i know renting equimpent isnt always the best thing although it is convenient with all there locations the new Gm at pocatello store was a great replacement from the past guy Trey Although Trey could have been a great Gm uhaul made a great managment desicion They since have my buisness TrionsRides of pocatello thank you Uhaul Kasey is awsome
