See the photos ,after more than 3 hours of hitch and wiring installation, I got back the car with mess.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Besides being very clean and bright the staff and manager were so helpful. Was there this week to change my unit to a smaller one as I am continually removing things. I was worried it would be a problem, but no, they were very helpful.
I'm giving these guys a five star rating despite a bunch of reservation problems with our truck. They dealt with the problems well, gave me a rebate and even found us some free storage when the timing of our move was affected. The manager of this place really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied, I was suitably impressed.
Rented a truck from this location. The truck worked as intended. Staff made an initial mix up with the keys for the truck but it was quickly sorted out. Thev trucks don't appear to be sanitized between rentals.
Do not rent a truck there .. they double charged my card and i had to go through a bunch of steps to get reimbursed and they didn't even pay back the right amount .. bad service ...
I need a trailer fast! They had it no problem. The staff was very pleasant and helpful
