Had a few questions about a trailer hitch install.the lady cut me off and started asking for my details.We couldn't understand each due to masks and plexiglass glass so she took hers off and started yelling at me. Lol all I could do was laugh give this place a miss.Worth the drive to Barton Street.
Rented a trailer. Was quick and efficient. Staff were really nice. $20 for the rental 5x9. Made it with one trip.

Warning. Take your business somewhere else. This is the worst U-Haul anywhere. Very poor customer service, rude and not organized. Overbook their few clients they have left. No respect for their customers. Run, run, run from this location.
Very unprofessional. Booked a hitch 3 weeks in advance and they nver confirm a time or phone dme back.
2/3 staff weren't wearing masks while in the office. We've been in a pandemic for over a year because of people that refuse to wear masks in public, it's not that difficult to wear a mask.
Truck was great. Well maintained and clean. Service was very poor. Walked up to store and an employee was on his phone in front yelling at someone on the other end. I was told I had to have the truck back sooner than agreed upon. Was over-charged for milage and not given a refund.
