U-Haul Moving & Storage at Taunton Rd

We paid $800 for a UHAUL trailer hitch and 7 way plug. After 7 weeks the plug was falling off the back. Screws and bolts loose. We went to a different UHAUL and they fixed it for free but told us that this UHAUL at Taunton did a terrible job getting things installed. Don’t go here

My experience with Uhaul was not a very good one, I initially got a quote online for a truck and a motorcycle trailer for 140$ made my appointment and than when I showed up the charged me 300$ plus gas. Also I called and asked if they had straps and I was told yes and once I showed up no straps the girl said they don’t provide them. Once that was all said and done I was told there was a quarter tank of gas in the truck and once I got in, it was right on empty I didn’t think I was even going to make it to a gas station, so I went back in to tell them and the lady tried to con me and telling me that was a good thing and I was going to save so much money. I highly recommend not going to Uhaul as there prices are outrageously high and awful customer service.

Called the location four time, three were transfer to the call Center. I left something in the rental and was trying to make sure they found it. But no one had time to call me back to let me know. They said they would call me back, waited all day. Still no call. Now I have to drive two hours in the the location to see if they found my item. Customer Sevuce is lacking. Three minutes was all that was needed to help me

Excellent service. Easy pick up and return. Equipment is in good condition. Low rates on some smaller vehicles for quick in town jobs.

very very very bad experience with Uhaul they are terrible with customer service , do not do business with the Oshawa Taunton road office. i filed a complaint 3 months ago and have not heard back. in addition when they wired my trailer hitch they caused over $ 600 damage to the electrical system in my car and have responded to that concern either....i guess my next steps will be small claims ... the pics are of how my car was returned to me ...not happy they don't even deserve 1.. when i phoned to voice my concern i got put on hold for ever and then the connection was broken ...
