No freekin key drop box!!!! I looked for so long in the cold only to finally find a little sign on the door with a slot for keys. I’m mad.

No body told me when is the drop off zone. Until i get to the office to leave the key. Bwt, i had a good service

Very nice and understanding store keeper

To start I had to wait 2 hours.I was allowed to reserved online at 7:00 AM but store just open at 9:00 no sense. Then I waited 1 hour to get the keys. Just 1 person in the store. 6 people waiting outside
