I recently moved from Winnipeg to Toronto and I was worried what I had heard about the moving companies, but this company made it an incredible experience. They were fully responsive and true to their word. Everything came to Toronto as it appeared. The guys in winnipeg- Bruce, Chris and Dakuta were very organized and cared about everything. Dakuta dismanteled every big object with so much care and I have to give him special thanks. The guys in Toronto - Fuller, Obie and Tony- were also so responsible. fuller assembled everything back to its original shape with detail and patience. If it was possible I could give them more than a five rate.
I NEVER write reviews but the service with this company was so great that I have to... Dwayne and Ashook moved my furniture and they were early, professional and VERY nice. They were very clear with me upfront about the move and cost. They took very good care of my belongings and they were even great with my pets. I'd also like to add that Shawn, the lady who booked my move, was also very friendly and professional. She called me 2 days prior to the move to confirm the appointment and answer any questions. SMOOTH MOVE !!!!! 5 STARS !!!!
I can't say enough about how great this moving company is. From the start, Shawn was the most helpful, nicest coordinator answering all my questions quickly. The mover guys themselves Dwayne, Ryan and Adeolu were phenomenal as well. They took care of everything that I was worried about, even before I realized I was worried! From wrapping and protecting all the important furniture, working super fast and efficient to simply lowering my stress levels by being so cool and happy - honestly it was the best and easiest move I have ever made. Highly recommend! :
From booking the appointment to the final handshake after the move, everything was handled with the professionalism and polish that you would expect from this brand. The gentleman I dealt with over the phone, Joe, was friendly and courteous. This was the first move I have ever paid for. He was very good at explaining the policies and conditions of the move and making it feel more like a conversation instead of just exposition. Everything was handled and tailored to my needs. For instance, I could not start the move on the hour because I had to drop the kids to school in the morning, so they tailored this start time to suit my availability. Little things like that mean so much! If the booking was any indication of how the move was going to go, it was going to be a great experience -- and it was! Once it came to moving day, I met with Don and his team. Everyone was very personable and went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable. Again, the little things mean a big deal in a move. They were polite and any personal problems or attitudes that you would associate with movers as is the stigma were not present here at all. Not only was everything handled with all the care and empathy that you would want, but they worked great together as a team, and that is truly hard to find. Now I sit and think about it, they treated me like family and that was truly beyond my expectations! No move is without its problems and challenges. Turns out the place I was moving to only had one elevator which the property owner was aggressively insisting to not put the elevator on service! This could have easily been used by the hired movers to increase the move time ergo increase their final pay. This was not the case at all. Don professionally communicated with the property owner, came to an mutual agreement for how the rest of the move will be completed and it was done in record time! They did not even take a break! There is no way any other company would have handled these challenges with the professionalism, care and teamwork that Two Small Men With Big Hearts did that day. I wanted to move again just to have that experience. They are highly recommended!
Nothing prepares you for the stress of moving day…but Dave's team Anthony, Raman & Boss more than exceeded our expectations, they felt like family moving us into our new home. They were actually 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, with positive attitudes and were extremely hard working. Not once in the entire 9 hour process did they even complain once! I was blown away at their courtesy and professionalism. They were careful not to break/damage anything and worked quickly all day-- always smiling and laughing! Tip these movers well, they more than deserve it! I was shocked and impressed that Dave showed up himself to assess if another truck would be needed rather than having to make an additional trip. And he stayed on as a helping hand until that truck was entirely packed up. These are not bogus movers that quote low prices then hold your belongings hostage until you pay double the quote price, nor are they high end movers that charge an arm and leg based on each item you own…this is an affordable, hard working and professional moving team that treats its customers like family, only better!!! I've already recommended Dave's team to 3 people with upcoming moves. Thanks again for moving us into our home!
