If you are located in Calgary DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Avoid at all costs. My roommate and I recently used this company, our official moving date was April 29th, 2017.The gentleman's name was Josh and there was another mover whose name I don't recall. They were both very small and slow. My roommate and I are both small women under 150 lbs but we were capable of lifting and moving more items than these two men. They gave us a quote for 5 hours of service, but they actually moved us in four hours. During the move, they smashed our glass table through their own incompetence (the glass should have been removed from the table and properly packaged. Instead they tried to move the entire table with the glass top in place). They wasted an extensive amount of time cleaning up the glass and we were charged for this. They also broke our couch and our television stand, but we are not seeking compensation for these things because the process of working with these company has been so frustrating and onerous that it really is not worth it. When the van was packed and we were actually ready to make the move, one of the movers LOST THEIR KEYS. They spent 45 minutes looking for them (they were found wedged inside the seat of the van). They tried to charge us for this time also, so we had to contact management and get extremely angry in order for them to reduce the time we were charged for. It gets worse. It says in our contract that the company is responsible for replacing any damaged items. So we expected our table to be replaced. When management determined that the cost of this table was more than they cared to provide, they told us WE HAD TO PAY A $250 DEDUCTIBLE. To recover an item that they broke THROUGH THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. We refused, so now they will only replace the glass portion of the table, and they will only do so through an extremely inexpensive third party. It has been three months and WE JUST WANT OUR TABLE REPLACED. Doesn't seem like this is ever going to happen so now we are exploring legal options through small claims. I have never, ever in my life experienced customer service so poor. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, DON'T ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the communication coming from their dispatch employee/coordinator. I'd rather have the company reschedule my move request then make up stories about issues with their trucks & equipment, followed by issues with updating the vehicles GPS. (The reason why they were delayed was a shortage of staff on that day). Geez, I live in an older part of St. Albert, what is there to update? The moving staff told me that the coordinator would follow-up with a telephone call regarding the repeated delays...he never called. Not worth the money I paid to have a freezer moved from my neighbours house into mine. I ended up cancelling the request to have the movers move other items within my house. Will not recommend to others.

Excellent service and staff. From the initial quote to the actual move, everything went really well and I would absolutely recommend these guys. We had James as the lead mover and he was outstanding! Calm, friendly and well organized. Jayhoon, the customer service rep exceeded my expectations. Super crew!

Horrible experience. The movers were late, unprofessional, and took twice as long as the last moving company that I used. They charged my credit card far more than the amount that I signed off for on the invoice, when I inquired about why this was I received no reply. I had to follow up again and was told that they had made an error and decided to charge me more than what was agreed to, without my consent.

They were scheduled to come to my place to give us an estimate for our move but didn't show up. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, I called to confirm the appointment thinking maybe I had the wrong date. They told me they did not arrive due to other errands that came up.... I asked why they did not call me to inform me of the cancellation and they said they didn't have time to call... wow... If I could give them a zero star rating... I would. Beware, they may not show up or even call to tell you they aren't coming due to "errands"...
