I was very impressed by the high level of service received by Two Men and a Truck. Even though I called and had gotten an automated service, within minutes they called back and I was able to get quoted and scheduled to move my washer and dryer. The price was reasonable. The window of time for the movers to show was acceptable. The movers were early but they called to make sure it was ok to come by early. They did a great job moving a heavy washer and dryer set down a tricky flight of stairs in my house without damage or any issues. I even got a followup call and email to make sure that everything went well. It was a great experience and I would recommend for anyone who is looking to have heavy appliances moved by professionals.

They had to come a day early because of over booking. I have boxes and furniture stored in Farmington. But that's not the worst, Things to stored at two men and deliveries to our apartment and to our other address. Shipment got to the apartment and had 80% of the wrong furniture and boxes. Got charged twice for their screw-up--had to go to warehouse and make sure they delivered correct items. Never Again

We used their services on 5/16/16. We were impressed with quality of work & level of service. Two gentlemen involved, both were equally fast, efficient, professional and everything went smooth. Even though they were fast, they took great care of our furniture and glass. We would definitely use their services in the future and I already recommended them to my sister who's moving next month. Also when I initially called to inquire, the lady setting up appointments (Andrea) was very prompt, polite & professional. Their prices are very reasonable too.

HORRIBLE customer service. My Dad hired them to move him on 12/30. They arrived over an hour late, told us that they wouldn't move anything other than boxes today because they are over booked, and couldn't do the rest for another 10 days. Guys we're extreamly rude to my 70 year old father. My dad told them to forget about the move, and the lead driver told my Dad to F**k off and they left. When calling the Wixom location to speak to manager John, he was uncaring, and pretty rude himself. No person deserves to be treated this way. DONT USE THIS LOACTION.

Worst unreliable company. Had a move schedule with signed contracts, the day of the move no one showed up. Talked with the manager of the Troy/westbloom field location and basically got told there was nothing they could do and no movers could move us that day.
