Update - since posting my review I was contacted the same day and received a refund for the overcharge.  I am disappointed it took posting a poor review to receive the customer service but EJ was helpful.  I had booked the service in advance day before move they called asking if they could change move time to afternoon.  I explained no as people were moving in.  They said no problem.  Day of move no one showed up I started phoning and finally by 11:30am two guys showed up.  They completed full move by 7:30 with a dinner break.  When I looked at my visa I had two charges that totalled almost 2k.  I requested my invoice and they charged me for 10hrs.  I have been trying for weeks to email and phone but they continue to ignore me.  Will never use or recommend them again.
