Would not go back to this place if I was dying. The doctor was very disrespectful and wouldn't even speak to me until she complained because I wanted her to look at my psoriasis. I mean she would have had time if she didn't spend the time playing on the computer. Talking to her was like trying to talk to a 16 yr old girl. Except the 16 yr old would actually acknowledge you. That was just the Dr. The nurse yelled at my autistic son. I wanted to give no stars....but I needed to vent.
I have no idea how this place could have a 5 star rating. Upon arrival I discovered that they no longer take walk in patients. I was then lectured by reception for not having a family doctor. I was then told that no doctor in this clinic would be willing to fulfill my needs. I will have to travel to another community to seek medical care. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member, I feel completely disrespected. I would not recommend this business for any reason.
So disappointed by this clinic,they refused to see my daughter just becouse she doesn't have a family dr And walk In clinics are no longer a thing.
The Dr are great but it's the Nurse they are rude have no respect
Extremely rude receptionist. Doesn't know what she is doing half the time. Hangs up on you and is so unprofessional.
