This Store has been for so many years, Great Costumers Service

Decent shop, however I wouldn’t recommend it. Staff were helpful and polite. My issues are with the stores policies. The final sale policy is very frustrating to me. I was sold a vaporizer and it was defective as the ceramic heating element doesn’t heat properly. With most smoke shops they will replace the unit for you or give you a refund on the product, I took my vaporizer in and they told me I had to get in touch with the company directly and mail it to them to replace it. This is extremely frustrating as now I have to mail it and expect to wait 8-12 weeks IF they will even replace it. Just wasted my money and time with this place.. the store itself should hold some responsibility if they want to encourage customer loyalty on their end to take the efforts away from the consumer. Not really worth it in my opinion if you have unexpected issues with their products/are sold a defective product. I’d recommend a smoke shop with better customer service policies so you’re atleast covered if you have issues like I did. At this point I don’t want to replace the vaporizer I just want my money back. Will not be a returning customer.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Not only curtious and friendly, they maintained a jovial disposition the entire time, and ensured that all questions were answered. At no point was there a feeling of pushing a product, just the pride in helping someone out and ensuring that the products were understood.

The staff here are very well informed and extremely professional. I had an issue with a vaporizer I bought here and the staff got in touch with the company and replaced it for free with no trouble what so ever. Even though I live further away from this location now I still go out of my way to purchase from here. Best shop in Edmonton.

The treatment my boyfriend and I got today was extremely poor. We were looking around at bongs and my boyfriend came across a really nice piece that was locked behind closed doors. We asked if we could see it. We were blatantly told NO. We asked why not? The workers said that unless we had the $5,000 to purchase it, we could not look at it. We told them that we came here to spend $ on a nice peice and that $ wasn't an issue. One of their workers then yelled across the store in front of customers "if you dont have the money then we can't take it out of the display case." I hope the owner reads this. We fell in love with your Bonsai tree piece, as we have numerous species of Bonsai trees in our house. Your $5,000 price tag wouldn't have been an issue for us at all...If your staff wasn't so rude and unprofessional, you would have gained a great customer. I can assure you I will never go back and I will inform everyone I know to do the same.

Calista the employee is amazing. They deserve a huge raise. They always reccomend me amaizng products, fresh off the line stuff, and also a smile and a have a nice day. Love love and LOVE

Really impressed with the service at Two Guys with Pipes. The staff are very kind and helpful. One of them even left the store briefly to go find me something I was looking for! Ignore the negative reviews and give them a try.

One of the worst! Overpriced and the owner has no sense of what customer service is or how to maintain sufficient stock levels, not to mention the rude staff that always try to rush you out the door. Don't waste your time and go somewhere that actually wants your business

The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed. The store has a good selection to choose from and has something for everyone.
