Twist is a great local retailer selling quality goods in a comfortable setting. I can't say enough about the inclusive and positive approach they take when helping us find what we want. Its easy to forget what quality customer service feels like until you head back into Twist. Kelly sell more than clothing, she sells kindness!
If I could give Twist 10 stars, I would. This store is Vancouver's best kept secret. I have known the owner, Sharon, for the last 30 years as I used to shop there when it was a children's clothing store. She makes great buying decisions and Kelly is a genius stylist. All of the ladies who work there are very nice and it is an absolute joy to shop there!
Great selection and I was able to finally find Zadig&Voltaire in Vancouver! They have nice prices as well, definitely worth a visit
On Saturday afternoon, I got to the store just after 4pm. Sign in the window said”open until 6pm”. I stood in line for over half an hour, as I wanted to buy a number if things there. I got into the store at 4:40. At 4:55, they told me they’d be closing in five minutes! Wish they had told me when I went in, instead of waiting until the last minute. Was wanting to spend $$$ in the neighborhood. No one said sorry. Really a shame.
Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! They Style you and figure out what is best for your body type. I purchased something and realized it was a bit too big in the chest area and they happily gave me store credit! I really appreciated it and now I can find something a truly love.
Love the staff and the selection is amazing! They carry my favorite brand Velvet!
Excellent service. Lovely higher end clothing, suited to a bit more of the mature woman who is young at heart and wants to be in style.
They have been dressing me head to toe for 20+ years. Would not survive without them.
