RUDE woman over the phone.. I got lil mad back as-well because what the heck? & she tried too call me back ? I didn’t answer but I bet she was gonna go off.. unprofessional rushing me & making me feel unheard. I just called to be checked for diabetes and I got so much back lash wow. How can one try stay healthy when people like that work in right in the front, the face of health care..
Two terrible visits. Slipped a disc in my back was barely able to crawl into the waiting room. I made an appointment prior to minimize time waiting in pain. Doctor was an hour late to my appointment both times. First visit she gave me some pills and told me to go home. Second time she said she would book a CT scan. 2 months later I got a call that my appointment was scheduled for the next month…3 months after I hurt myself. Ridiculous.
Was rude and not friendly and had her vape right out in the open like she vapes while at the front desk.
Simply needed a copy of a prescription which had refills but wasn’t in the system because it was filled out of province. Receptionist was brutal; wouldn’t give me the information; or her name. Referenced “my doctors won’t even look for this til next week” as if she owned them. Found good advice from a physician friend in Saskatoon; 2 calls to helpful pharmacists in the Battlefords and a transfer back from out of province. I was able to source what I needed and renew after about 2 hours of calls. This was a total waste of time for so many busy people. This extremely unprofessional staff person should not be working in healthcare. Ironically everyone I spoke to seemed to know who I was referencing. One even suggested a good fit for her there would be stocking exam rooms away from the public. I will never return to this clinic. A drive to Saskatoon is well worth it.
Good phoned in to make a same day booking for me n my son got an appointment went everything was clean, they gave us fresh masks we were in and out in less then 30 minutes. Dr we seen examined us thoroughly and addressed our concerns. Felt way better after we left. Thank you never have a complaint.
