This Motel is great!nThe cleanest place I have stayed in, in over a year, looks clean, smells clean, is clean! Great customer service. Keurig, small fridge, big tv. A little counter space.
Friendly guy at the reception. Second time staying here for business. Nice TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, and desk. Even a handy alarm clock with 2x USB chargers on it.nnIt's not meant to be a luxury hotel, but it is clean, comfy, and great for my stay.nnWill be staying here again when more work brings me to Boyle.
NO AIR CONDITIONING despite advertisement, NO BREAKFAST, ADDITIONAL CHARGES IMPOSED. We told them we have a. Dog AND wrote it down but the second day he threatened me if I did not pay an additional $65
We just needed a place to sleepover for the holiday. 24/7 service, nice kitchenette for the room, and it’s SO CLEAN. For what you’re paying for and for what we needed, it was great! Would stay here again
Terrible customer service. Planned to come into town in order to train with the Boyle Volunteer Fire Department but event arrangements ended up changing. Called in 36 hours in advance of check-in time to cancel my accommodations and the manager/owner is still going to charge for the one-night stay. Cancellation policy is not properly laid out; this motel basically just want to get your credit card info and take your money. I understand that everyone has policies, but I would also expect that a small town-business have some compassion.
