TWIISTED Burgers & Sushi

It was good! Not great, but good! For a place that would have Burger and sushi in their name I may have set my expectations too high. We were there on a Tuesday so I tried the hamburger Sushi combo. The hamburger patty was small for the bun and overcooked. The egg on it was overcooked as well. That was a bummer. The french fries were fun. My sushi roll was a super big one with a ton of crab on it. I really do see the potential in it, but it was hard getting over the fishy taste to it. Our entire table tried some and didn't finish it. But then some of the other sushi had some nice large cuts of tuna in it and was delicious. The tower was a little small. But very good. The dessert sushi was interesting. 1 out of 3 of us liked it. So I guess it must have it's people. Service was ok. I think that it is a fun place with a ton of potential. But definitely good, just not what I had hoped. I'm willing to give it another try. I probably won't bother with a burger though.

I’ve only had sushi one other time and this was by far better. I could get used to this! We had combo meals: My French onion burger was delicious and Philadelphia roll was the same. My husband had the Betty burger. His pork was a little dry but he raved about all the flavors. His sushi was spicy crab. Since we were there on Thursday we each had the $7 sake margaritas. I had dragon fruit and hubby had mango jalapeño. We will be back!

I got a specialty roll and a sandwich to go. I walked in and ordered and for a holiday Friday I don’t feel like I waited too terribly long. It is a bit on the expensive side, but I was very happy with all of my food and would definitely like to return. Lots of unique items on the menu to keep you coming back and trying something different. The atmosphere for eating in seemed very nice and casual.

All I can say is EAT HERE! Accidentally found this place on a recent trip. The food was excellent! I would say if Twisted is an hour or less away from you, that it will be worth the drive. We drove an hour and half, and would make the drive again just to eat there. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The fries are amazing! I admit I was hesitant on sushi at a burger joint, but I would not hesitate to drive there for just the sushi! My advice is to take advantage of their burger and sushi combo and give it a try. Even the piece of pickle sushi that comes on your burger is great! Nice atmosphere, comfortable booths, great service! Make the trip!

My fiancé and I attended the New Year’s Eve party and man was it awesome!!! Not only was the FOUR DIFFERENT food buffets incredible, but the gaming made the night so much more fun than other New Years party’s in the past ! It allowed for mingling and a fun time without extra money being spent! The staff was great.. maybe waited 5 min at most for a drink which was all inclusive as well! definitely will be going back next year and every year after that as long as they host this party!

We were in Medina for an RV show and wanted to eat somewhere different. We ended up finding this place. At first I was unsure about it because it's such a weird concept.. sushi and burgers? But the food and service was amazing. Great prices and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

I ordered the Dirty 330 sushi roll & the California roll. Was delicious & everything arrived in a timely manner. The rolls were so artistically crafted I couldn't resist eating 1 pc of each one before the pic.

Took my mom here for lunch for her birthday. Great service, food was delicious. Had the Mac Attack Burger with fries. My wife and I shared the Philadelphia sushi roll. Philadelphia roll was always my favorite, can never go wrong with that. Mac Attack was messy but it's expected with Mac & Cheese, still very good!

Met my brother at @twiistedmedina for Sushi and Burgers. Good stuff. Plain As Jane Burger lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, toasted brioche bun…. Spicy Crab Roll [shredded spicy crab] togarashi, spicy mayo….. Chazmanian Devil Roll [shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese] shrimp, spicy mayo, sweet soy glaze, tempura crunchies…. Crab Rangoon Roll [shredded crab, green onion, cream cheese] tempura fried, spicy mayo.

Awesome food prepared by people that are mindful of your dining experience! The mixture of American/Japanese dishes is unique and there are many meal options like sushi & burgers. I enjoyed dry rub duck wings and a salmon salad. The atmosphere was hospitable and chic. I’ll have to return for one of the daily specials they have. Great restaurant!
