Food was fabulous! Sirloin was perfect and the chicken parm was very tasty! The dessert, lake rosseau butter tart was the best! Joshua, our waiter, was super friendly and always had a smile when coming to our table. Great personality!
I was craving a burger so this restaurant seemed like a good option not far from the hotel. We were welcomed by a very nice hostess, and as the restaurant was not full, we had good seating options. The service was good throughout the night, however, it took a while to get our food. We had 2 classic burgers, one with fries and one with poutine. The food was tasty, however, as a big potato lover, I found the fries portion rather small. We also opted to add cheddar on the burger for extra 2$, and unfortunately the slice was so thin, I wouldn't be able to tell that the cheese was there. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience overall.
My friend and I decided to try this restaurant tonight. We had a great serverMona she was very attentive and looked after us very well. The food was fantastic, we both had steak which was very good. What was even more impressive was that the manager who shared my hair style was constantly on the floor, delivering food,, helping to clear tables etc.. he was at our table twice during our visit. This is a great restaurant and I recommend it highly. I’m sure all of the staff are great but hopefully you will have Mona as a server. Thank you for the great service. David. L.
This was a last minute reservation for my son's hockey team out of town for 40-50 people.nI called and spoke to someone and told her that we had 40-50 people in 20-25 minutes and could they accommodate our group. I was passed on to a manager who took our details as per children to adults and time line ..if we were in a rush etc.nShe checked with her kitchen staff and servers and promptly said that they could accommodate our group.nWe arrived 20 minutes later and they had a section all ready. A group table for the 25 kids and booths for the adults.nWe were assigned two dedicated servers and promptly took our orders.nnThe staff got the kids food out ASAP and the adults came afternnThe food was very good across the board. There were zero complaints.nThe service and staff were excellent.nnAfter several years of team dinners and lunches I must say I and the other parents were very impressed.nIn my personal opinion, this was the best service, food and overall experience for a large group I've had in multiple restaurants across the province in several years!nHats off to the staff and cooks for a great experience.nI would definitely recommend and give high praises!!nWell done!
Turtle Jack’s has improved their game! It was an enjoyable night with my family and the service was on point! Our server was Josh, he was attentive and provided stellar service !! The food was delicious, I recommend the buffalo chicken wrap! The Greek salad as a side is also flavourful. Overall five star experience!
