From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we could smell the food being prepared and served. Our server was Claudia. She was amazing! I ordered the salmon with coconut rice and added the fried lobster tail. My parents ordered the blackened chicken. We did wait a bit for the food to be prepared but it was well worth the wait. We are foodies and love spicy food…everything was seasoned to perfection. Our compliments to the chef! After dinner we had coffee and dessert. Claudia recommended the sticky toffee pudding and the fire and ice vanilla ice cream rolled in cinnamon and fried…both were delicious… we don’t know which is better. Delicious!!! Great food, great service!!! We’ll definitely be back again and would recommend this restaurant to everyone travelling in the Niagara Falls area. Honestly, the food was mediocre at best. For the price, I expected superior quality For just me it was over $70 for an appetizer, steak, and 2 beers The steak was overcooked i ordered medium, got medium well.....well done. The mashed potatoes were good but the portion size was small considering. The Caesar salad was delish though! I need to know which dressing they used. It wasn't super crowded around 6pm on a Saturday, the waitress was nice and she was helpful with the menu.

Awesome food and service! Appetizers were the Big Bang Shrimp and a Lobster Bisque. Main course was Bison Meatloaf and the Salmon with Mango. Delicious! We split the dessert which was big enough for two, Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream. Our server was Claudia!

Went here for dinner because the menu looked good and it was new to us. Well worth it as the foods was well prepared, the servers were friendly and accommodating and the portions were big, and dessert was over the top. The prices are typical of a tourist area but at least you get your money's worth. Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu and they are very accommodating.

Great experience, the food exceeded our expectations. The quality was just superb, something you rarely see in Niagara. The wine and beer are both great. Our waitress Victoria was amazing and super friendly. The food price is acceptable compared to other places in the area. Chicken Wings are a little bit smaller in size compared to other places, but we were told they are organic, which makes sense. One of the very few places in Niagara with free wifi! Nothing special, not a disaster but a restaurant we will not come again. The service was very friendly, and the food was much less. The chicken wings were very salty, and the rib sauce was heavy. We ordered a rer burger and got a well-done dry one. We'll look for a better restaurant in Niagara.

Turtle Jacks when visiting Niagara falls is a MUST. The place has amazing Food & Cocktail options. The restaurant also offers 2-hour free parking on-site for guests who are dining in which is great considering Niagara has so much trouble finding free parking in a lot of other places. The Servers are always a delight and very quick. The quality of everything they serve is great and tastes mind-blowing. Place is a bit expensive even non-Niagara locations but the price is justified with the quantity/quality/experience here. Must visit!

So first thing out of the way is the prices. This is Niagara Falls so you get a pass that things are expensive. For the nachos and two sandwiches was 92.00 take out. Is it expensive? Yes, but was it good? Yes it was. The three items were tasty l, and my only complaint would be the naan bread was a little burnt, but for someone else it might be fine. In the end it didn’t really taste overly burnt but I would of rather of had it less toasted. Otherwise if you can get past the prices if you’re here you probably should it was great and I would come here or order here again. Ordering on the phone was easy and quick and the staff was very nice.

Very good food!! Excellent service!! Portions were huge and tasty. I'm glad we stopped in for a late lunch. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend.

We had a good dinner here. Claudia was so friendly and made great recommendations for dinner. We ordered the fried pickles, calamari, Nashville chicken sandwich and the fish tacos. We were beyond stuffed.
