Turtle Bay Pub was a nice place to enjoy a delicious Valentine’s Day lunch. Had the risotto/chicken and fish tacos. Lake view is beautiful. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend.
My partner and I were really excited to try the steak “sandwich”. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked, we said rare. Our “sandwich” came out not even lukewarm, we genuinely believe they microwaved it. I use sandwich in quotations as it was literally a singular piece of ciabatta with cold meat and unseasoned mushrooms on top. It is advertised as “between bread” on the menu, not on top of bread. There was a tiny piece of pink in the entire steak, which was also rubbery and stringy. I would be embarrassed to send this food out to tables let alone allow a guest to eat it. Truly disgusting. I suggest not eating here unless you don’t value your digestive health.
Service was very friendly and prompt, food came very fast, and it was fresh and delicious! The view of the lake seemed to get great no matter where you sat, and the variety of food you could choose from was above and beyond for a pub.
Love their drink menu and the beef dip had to be one of the best I've had in a long time! There's tons of choice on the menu and I can't wait to come back and try something else! It gets very busy and a little noisy! Gorgeous views of the lake and marina if you can snag a spot on the patio! Staff are attentive and friendly!
Great food and service always. Not to bust due to Covid but still busy enough for the staff to make tips. Had my favorite -Beef Dip although fries and my friend had lobster Mac N Cheese which was awesome. Also enjoyed some wine grown and bottled right in Lake Country. The view of the unfrozen lake was very pretty.
Megan was fantastic. Such a great server. We came with our large group of hiking ladies. We ended up being late as we got lost on our hike. She was so lovely and kind. Such an amazing experience and the food was fabulous!!!!! Thank you Megan.
Ok when is a burger not just a burger. At this place. Ground prime rib - are you kidding - just fantastic, juicy, tasty - a new standard. Big patty - 6 oz? - had to take my salad home for dinner. Wait staff friendly - nice view of the lake. Price was easy on the wallet. Highly recommend.
Well that was discusting...used to live in Lake Country years ago and this was the place to eat. Not anymore I guess. Our food was terrible, so burnt and salty. So expensive. We were seated in a small room, since we were a family with small children. Scenery was terrible, seats were cracked. Our server was wonderful tho. Won't be back.
Went with a party of 8, half of us didn’t eat the food. It was horrible and I will never be back. I asked for a side of yam fries, didn’t ask the price but when I got the bill they were $11 which imo is so overpriced. I feel like she should have warned me how much they were. I won’t even bother listing the other stuff because I doubt they will care anyway. Clearly I should I have read the reviews before going in, my fault. Won’t be returning.
Had one of the best meals I have had in ages and our server Rhys was exceptional. He definitely deserves a raise. Super kind and funny! He definitely made the experience even better!
