Excellent staff and service. In an age of no family doctors being available. Dr Holt is a real gem Very compassionate and understanding. Staff are very pleasant to deal with professional in all aspects. Both my wife & I have never felt more comfortable or trusting in care of a family doctor. We love how Holt listens and is extremely thorough about resolving any health related concerns. Thank you Holt and staff for all that you do.

Better availability of appointments than the last few years. We have been going to this practice for 7 years. Services have expanded to include cosmetic procedures.

Pretty lazy doctor. Ill talk to the receptionist about my problems and she just completely disregarded them. Didn’t even tell the doctor what i said.. been having the same issue for years and he still cant give me a answer.

I was not impressed at all with my experience with Dr. Turner. I visited him for two issues - for my first issue he was okay, but for the second I found him to be condescending and invalidating. For the last while I've been experiencing some fairly severe symptoms. Dr. Turner sent me for blood work and decided that I was fine, even though the symptoms were worsening. He suggested that my symptoms were "psychological" and I should just "push through it". He did not want to do any follow-up blood work. Additionally, he was over an hour late to our appointment. I de-registered myself with Dr. Turner and started seeing a new doctor. He did more blood work and guess what? I have hypothyroidism and a significant vitamin D deficiency. Had I not left Dr. Turner these conditions would have gone untreated due to his incompetency. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My sons and I have been a patient for many years. We are always treated with care and respect by Dr. Turner and his staff. Dr. Turner is very patient and has shown himself to be a good listener. He knows when external referrals to specialists are necessary, which is very comforting.

I have been associated with Dr. Turner since moving to Dundas approximately four years ago. I find him and his staff very caring and professional. I am extremely happy to have found him.
