First time at Turkish Kebab House and definitely not the last!nnI visited Turkish Kebab House for the first time today, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy.nnOur servers, Sumaya and Merva I hope I’m spelling their names correctly!, were absolute angels. So kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet, they made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of the night was when they came out with my friend’s birthday cake and gathered everyone to sing Happy Birthday. Not only did the staff sing with full enthusiasm, but the entire restaurant joined in clapping, it created such a fun and joyful vibe.nnAnd it wasn’t just us, there were two other customers celebrating birthdays, and each time, the staff and diners cheered and sang like it was their own family. You could really feel the community and care in the space.nnNow the food, WOW. The meals were absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and the portion sizes were generous. You definitely get your money’s worth, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. From the kebabs to the sides, everything was amazing.nnAlso, the restaurant was spotless, very clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.nnHonestly, everything was AWESOME. Whether you’re going out with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for great food and service, Turkish Kebab House is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!
We recently had dinner at this restaurant and overall, it was a wonderful experience. They started us off with complimentary appetizers, including hummus and another dish served with hot bread, which were both fantastic. For our main courses, we ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious. We ended the meal with kunefe for dessert, which was the perfect.nnThe service was mostly friendly, but one server seemed to be having an off day, which slightly impacted the experience. Despite that, the rest of the staff were welcoming.nnOverall,I recommend this restaurant for a Turkish cuisine experience.
I am writing this to get the owner’s attention. I have eaten at your restaurant in the past and it’s absolutely top notch. The food and quality is unmatched. However, my experience has been quite the opposite today when I ordered kunefe via uber eats. I am sharing a picture of what I got delivered versus the item I remember eating at your restaurant. Uber has denied helping me out so I am reaching out to you as my only option. I am quite disappointed that there was absolutely no cheese in my kunefe. I don’t know what could have possibly gone wrong for this to happen but I would appreciate you investigate this and help me with a refund please.nnThe first two pictures are what I was delivered and the last two are from my visit to your restaurant. There is no cheese at all.
The place is very ambient. Nice simplistic design, photos of different parts of Turkey on walls, Turkish music creates very welcoming atmosphere. The menu amazes with variety of authentic dishes. The service is fast, the food is fresh and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised with huge portions and compliments from the establishment. Highly recommend to try it out. Real hidden gem.nUpdate three weeks later. Ordered a lot of food for my birthday celebration. And had a dinner there with a friend. The place does not disappoint every time. Dishes smell outstanding, taste fingerlicking. The lamb is so tender, it is hard to describe.
The lamb kebab wraps and Eskander are the best dishes! Super juicy and flavourful. The salad, rice and fries in any dish were quite boring and do need to be amped up with either a dressing or seasoning! It would make it a perfect 10/10 if this was improved.
