The food here was incredible, the staff was accommodating even thought I didn’t have a reservation. Our server was so friendly and did a great job explaining the menu. I recommend ordering the Iskender, its probably the most tasty dish on the menu. The food was prepared fresh and they provided a few delicious appetizers. I would recommend calling to see if you need a reservation. The interior was designed very well and offers a great view out the window. I can’t wait to come back here!
I need to move to Turkey. I don't know anything about Turkish food, but if they eat this everyday in Turkey, I want to go there. I drive by this new restaurant every day and we decided to try it out. This review may not be fair for the restaurant, because we ordered a take out and the food was 30 min cold. I didn't know what to order, so I went with their suggestions. Dinner for 2 and some oven baked pizza bread.sorry, I don't remember the names Our family of 4 managed to finish half of what we got, and every single item different types of meat were delicious. The garlic sauce was amazing, and the red stuff tomato and something was so refreshing and delicious. I can't wait to dine in.
Amazing taste, magnificent interior. This community exactly deserves these kind of places. As a Turkish, I have been lots of Turkish or middle Eastern restaurants. This one is the best one I've been in Canada as a Turkish restaurant. I've tried almost 5 different dishes and all was amazing. Also, I love the wet wipes, very thoughtful. Sttrrongly recommended. I read the comments before visiting and i can definitely say that prices are reasonable for the taste and atmosphere! The food was very delicious and filling,. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They came to our table multiple of times to be sure we were satisfied. It was a great experience. Beyti kebab and sutlac dessert are my favorite ones!! . Can’t wait to go again! Thank you.

The lighting was designed in a way that didn't strain the eyes but also wasn't too dark, complementing the well-chosen decorative elements. As for the food, I must mention that it's been years since we've come across a place that serves authentic Turkish doner kebab. The doner was sliced just right, neither too thin nor too thick. I personally prefer it medium rare, but it was still as it should be served in Turkey. The Iskender kebab was served just as it should be, without any unnecessary additions. The pita bread underneath was not hard and had absorbed the sauce well. The yogurt was the right consistency and hadn't released any excess water. The sauce was just right, neither too much nor too little. I would only recommend that they pay a bit more attention to the potatoes. The Adana kebab's plate also had no unnecessary extras. I personally prefer it without the bulgur pilaf as served in Adana, but since the general expectation in Canada is to serve it with pilaf, I didn't mind. The balance of meat and red pepper in the kebab was spot-on. It easily separated when touched with a fork. The spices were on point, and it was properly cooked over charcoal. The service was fast even for iftar dinner, and the staff was attentive. The business owners took the time to greet and converse with customers. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend the Turkish Kebab House to others. We had been eagerly anticipating this restaurant's opening for a long time, and it certainly lived up to our expectations.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Turkish Kebab House in Kanata, Ottawa, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful ambiance. The decor is stunning and creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for diners. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the Adana kebab, which was cooked to perfection and had the perfect blend of spices. The Lahmacun was also fantastic, with a crispy crust and a flavourful topping. The Lentil soup was comforting and hearty, making it the perfect starter for my meal. For dessert, I indulged in the Sutlac, a traditional Turkish rice pudding, and it was divine. Creamy and sweet, it was the perfect ending to my meal. And of course, no Turkish meal is complete without a cup of Turkish tea, which was served piping hot and full of flavour. The appetizers on the table were also a highlight of the meal. From the freshly baked bread to the flavourful dips, they were a great way to start off the meal and share with friends. Overall, I highly recommend the Turkish Kebab House in Kanata, Ottawa. The food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance is beautiful. It's the perfect spot for a special occasion or a night out with friends.
An excellent restaurant. The place is clean and quite tidy. Owners and staff are very good. You should definitely try Turkish delicacies and kebabs here. Doner and lahmacun were great.Food: 5/5
Absolutely delicious! We had Lahmacun , Iskender Kebab and Urfa kebab. The portions are super filling and tasty. We felt like we are in Turkiye. We highly recommend this beautiful place. I would also like to mention that the staff is super friendly. Thank you!
