We have done some paper work for legal name change paid a fortune for them do it, and at the end the name was spelled incorrectly and incomplete government documents once I got home and verify everything, went back to tell them to corrected their mistake they asked me to pay again. Very unhappy process. When canadian government comes back and asked you to redo the paper work again as it is incomplete. I believe that they excell at booking travel plans.
