I called Turfmasters for a quote on artificial turf. I received a voice message to days later asking me to call him back to discuss the price instead of just giving me the price on the message. I returned this gentlemans call the same day only to get "oh sorry he is in a meeting" from the receptionist, so I leave him a voice message. That was mid last week and I have not heard back from anyone. Thanks for the very poor customer service
