I can say one of the best service that I received. Of course the product is amazing, is Tumi. Now I want to thank the staff specially Betty, I think she is the store manager. I returned an item and we me and her had a dispute , but she handled very well. Both of us were right and it was hard to decide but she acted very patient and respectful. We definitely recommend this store and definitely will come back . Thank you so much

There were 40% on colorful items. The regular black bags were about 20 to 25% off
Good selection, nice service, but no machine to get the monograms embossed onto the labels. Found discounts are very similar to what can be found online on their official website shop
