Shrimp Tempura Ramen was the best I've had in Salamanca. Great flavors, a great interior, a fun menu, and nice staff. I did not see any vegetarian or vegan options. I am dairy free and was told that the only thing I should avoid is the curry dish so that was amazing! I'm used to half the menu going away when I share my intolerance so it was great news to me! Wheelchair accessibility: the entrance is street level but I believe the bathrooms are down a flight of stairs so not accessible to wheelchair users.
Great quality and price. Super friendly staff and cute decor. One of my favourite restaurants in Salamanca without a doubt!
The miso ramen was delicious and warmed my heart. I will definitely come back. If you visit Tsuta, try the gyozas a well!

I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the food is not particularly authentic but it may suit Spanish tastes. The miso ramen was more soy than miso meaning the soup/broth was okay but not that tasty. The gyoza was well made and tasty but cold in the middle as if it was straight out of the fridge. This is okay, but it needs to be reheated fully. The curry was fine, but not really a Japanese curry which should be rich and luscious. The egg that came with the curry again was quite cold. Pricewise, it was a little on the expensive side approaching 10 euro a dish Service was fine and efficient. Overall, this was okay, but I probably would not come back again.
