i called to complain and report a driver of theirs that was driving erratically as if he was drunk or driving under the influence of something. The man I spoke to said he would report it to their safety department but then after I gave him the licence plate and information of the transport truck he told me “the driver is Muslim and he doesn’t drink” and then proceeded to argue with me about the credibility of my complaint. The drivers religion has nothing to do with it, he could easily cause another pile up one the 401 and this call attendant/ dispatch person couldn’t care less. I told him I was just informing him cause I’ve already called 911, and his response was “go ahead and call them”. Extremely unprofessional and an absolutely disgusting response to hear from a company that has a big obligation and responsibility to road safety, who should take these complaints seriously.
Truck no 9067 driving 401 east on 11 Feb . Try to teach him how to drive in winter snowy weather. This driver almost hit me & other cars. He changed lane without any signals came in front of me. I will make sure Ill post the dash cam video that shows your company tag on trailer .
Owner is very helpful to drivers and nice person to deal with. He gives brand new trucks for his drivers. They have a secured and monitored yard with power cords for outside carries too at this location.
