Super duper ! Very personal, no long walks to car, reasonable rate and right to terminal. I thought i may be on a later ferry than their operating hours, they said "don't worry, call this number as you approach land, we will come get you". Can't beat a place who believe service is beong accommodating to what a customer needs. Park n Go, go there !
Just returned from Victoria after our huge winter storm to find that my car had been cleaned of snow and the back area shovelled out so I could back out. I am a senior and arrived late due to ferry delays. I am so appreciative of their care and thoughtfulness.
The free shuttle wont pick you up if you are coming after 8:30 pm. Only on Sundays it runs late. Even Cabs weren’t available to get to the parking lot from ferry terminal. Walking wasn’t an option as its an hour away. Legends say I am still at the ferry terminal trying to figure out how to get to this parking lot.
Very pleasant people to deal with. Very cost effective compared to ferry terminal parking. I will use park n go from now on whenever I walk on the ferry.They were 15 minutes late for the pick up, so prepare to be patient.
If I could rate it less, I would. Arrived and parked to a locked and empty building, nobody would answer the phone number provided on the door. Had to drive and park at the terminal itself after waiting and trying multiple times. Still ended up 2 minutes late to buy a ticket for my ferry. I used to be a regular customer at the old location but unfortunately won’t be trusting them again in the future
Very friendly front desk staff and shuttle driver! Paved lot no longer the gravel lot along the hiway, shares a lot with the water slides office is very dated and also the office for the RV park, just a wide open waiting space on a rainy day. But cute local crafts for purchase : Reasonable rates $13/day
We dropped our vehicle off at their lot and after a 20 minute wait the shuttle driver took us to the ferry terminal. The driver told us to call the number on the back of our receipt when we get back to the terminal on our return and he would come get us. We called the number numerous times when we returned to the mainland. There was no answer and his message mailbox was full as well. We were not the only people left stranded at the terminal by the shuttle service. We had to get a taxi to take us to the dark parking lot to retrieve our vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS PARK & GO....They leave you stranded in the dark at the terminal. In the past I always used the gravel park and go lot adjacent to this location. I never had a problem with their service, it was excellent!
We had a great experience, we rushed to the park and go lot as the one at the ferries was full and in about 10mins we'd paid and were on the shuttle to catch our ferry. We called 30mins before our ferry arrived and the shuttle was waiting for us and the other passengers when we arrived, it was all seemless and everyone was super friendly!! 10/10
while driver was friendly, he was NOT wearing a mask at anytime. Also they charge PER DAY and not per 24 hours which means if you pick up car in the early morning, you will pay for another full day, whereas at BC Ferry parking lot they charge per half day in such cases . Therefore depending on length of stay, it can be cheaper and more convenient to park at the BC Ferry parking lot.
We parked our car for the weekend and catch the ferry on time. But we did not get our shuttle when we returned. We called them through the day to let them know our time of arriving. There was no answer over the phone and shuttle did not come. We have to pay for cab to get to the parking lot where we left our car. Just pay extra $4 per day and park at terminal long term parking. Do not use that service.
